An order workflow across email, FTP, and PDFs

An agent read emails and PDFs, then kept choosing allowed actions until done or stopped. Code checked results; operators approved exceptions. I reran tests; monitoring showed each run.

A shipping application around a legacy ERP

Fixed automation handled known screens. On unexpected ones, a supervised agent used AI vision to choose actions. I reran tests; supervisors watched and could step in.

I turned forecasts, targets, recent performance, meetings, and notes into weekly-plan recommendations.

Seven automated workflows were estimated to remove 70+ staff-hours from a typical week. The estimate covers all seven, not one project, and isn’t attributed to AI.
