Case study · Build

I built weekly sales planning inside an existing reporting portal.

The product turned forecasts, targets, recent performance, meetings, and activity notes into weekly-plan recommendations inside the existing reporting portal.

My role: I worked out what the weekly plan needed to use, built it into the existing portal, and delivered the product.

System flow

Sales-planning workflow

Forecasts, targets, recent performance, meetings, and activity notes → weekly-plan recommendations → review, execution tracking, and follow-up.

How I built the system.

The problem

Weekly plans had to use forecasts and targets alongside recent performance, meetings, and activity notes. The work belonged inside the existing reporting portal.

What I did

I traced where each input lived and built weekly planning into the portal.

What I built
  • The product brought forecasts, targets, initiatives, recent performance, meetings, and activity notes into the weekly plan.
  • It recommended weekly plans and kept call preparation, execution tracking, manager review, authorization, reconciliation, and follow-up in the same product.
